HBPR Committee 

This committee embodies a diverse mix of full-time and part-time residents, alongside committed investors. Collectively, the committee members contribute over sixty five years of connection to the Hervey Bay Pier Resort, blending the vitality of recent owners with the wisdom of long-term stakeholders. Owners can trust in our committee’s representation: a group of engaged career professionals, each bringing unique expertise and backgrounds, ensuring a proficient, effective, and united Body Corporate Committee. One of our first tasks will be to establish streamlined and efficient communication processes connecting owners, the Body Corporate Committee, the Body Corporate Managers and the Building Managers. Via way of community gatherings, newsletters and a direct email address to the whole committee, we will strive to deliver informed representation for every owner. Working towards rejuvenating and upholding a welcoming and harmonious environment for owners, investors, and guests alike.
